We hold the name of the person booking and their phone number in our daily book in order to make contact in case of any changes to bookings such as time changes and cancellations.

We store the sign in sheets as Participant and indemnity forms. The Name and phone number, medical information are stored for administration purposes and
practical use. Surfing is a physical activity and any underlying medical conditions may affect the persons ability to surf.
3.Rental Sheets
We store the rental sheets as proof of indemnity and responsibility for the rental. We keep these sheets in case of a claim .

Emails are stored for 3 purposes
1. To book into the surf school for lessons/camps
2. Using our online form for sending the registration for surf camps. The medical condition / name and age of child and emergency contact details such as phone number, address and guardians name. This is for use in the surf camps.
3. using our voucher system we store the voucher order, the name and number of the person who ordered, voucher recipient and message.
These are stored until the person uses their voucher and for administrations.
4. Online contact form
Our online contact form uses the persons contact information to respond to any queiries.
We hold the information relating to general queiries from customers.
